Dan DiThomas

Our vice president in charge of business development is Dan DiThomas, who has worked in client and vendor relations management, plan execution, consulting and process improvement for more than 19 years.We count on him for his outstanding troubleshooting, problem-solving, relationship management, and negotiation skills that have developed through having broad responsibilities in the areas of operations, marketing, and business development.

As a regional director with the Human Motion Institute, DiThomas was responsible for teaching musculoskeletal service line management to hospitals and medical centers.

He served as product manager for a $70MM business unit of a $1 billion dollar corporation, ChoicePoint, which is the leading provider of employment screening, and identification and credential verification services in the industry. At ChoicePoint, his primary responsibilities were increasing margins, growing market share, sales support, and new product development for the medical screening division. DiThomas has led operational center teams in the redesign of department processes and workflows to realize more than $2.5MM from improper or under-billed ancillary medical testing services and cost savings in a 12-month period.

DiThomas, a native of Ohio, graduated from Grove City College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and financial planning.
